Delivery Confirmation PDF 

Step  1: Locate the Confirmation PDF

First, you need to find the email confirming the delivery(ELD Certificate) or completion of your order.

• Sender: Look for an email from the official sender, usually named something like "XRM-ARCTLIC@arctera.io”.
• Subject Line: The subject line typically contains keywords such as "Certificate ID," "Order No," Customer PO,” “Reseller PO,” or “End User PO”.
• Search Tip: If you cannot immediately locate the email, use your email client's search function. Search for keywords like "Entitlement ID," the product name, or the Sales order number.

Step 2: Open the Delivery Confirmation PDF(ELD Certificate) and Find your active Entitlement ID

Open the confirmation email and carefully review its contents. These emails often contain a lot of information, including shipping details, Sales Order#, VEMS Account Number, product description, and links to support.

• Scroll through the attached PDF, looking for a table on the first page. This  screenshot contains the "Entitlement ID" other relevant information, such as the Entitlement name, product name/description, quantity, support ID, and maintenance subscription dates. Please confirm the End date is in future for the entitlement ID.
• The Entitlement ID is typically a long, unique alphanumeric string. It may be found in the second column of this table.

Please ensure you copy the entire alphanumeric sequence correctly when using it for user registration or support inquiries. If you encounter any issues, please check the Support Contact information provided in the confirmation email.

Step 3: Storing Your Entitlement ID

• It is highly recommended that you keep a secure copy of your Entitlement ID for future reference.
