Upon trying to validate the source connection from the configuration wizard to ChatGPT an error is seen and fails to connect.  The error seen is:

Arctera Capture IP address missing in ChatGPT allow lists

Add the IP addresses for Arctera Capture for the correct datacenter to ChatGPT.

• In ChatGPT Enterprise admin console – go to “identity and access” then to “access restrictions” then enter the IP addresses in the “Compliance API IP Allowlist”
