Steps:
1. Login to support portal using the appropriate link based on the Business Unit (BU):
2. Based on the selected BU, the respective homepage will be displayed. From there, select the “Live Support” option located at the bottom right to proceed.

3. Select the appropriate option based on the issue type— Technical Issues, Licensing Issues, Login Issues.

4. Based on the selected issue type please provide description of your issue, the bot will suggest related KB articles or Docs.

5. If the query is still not resolved you can opt to create a case or talk to a live agent by providing your basic details.
