If you’ve recently visited customer support, you know that we’re working to give you more control and faster resolutions. The first step, which launched April 7, separated our support sites by solution: Arctera - SaaS solutions, Arctera - On-prem solutions, and InfoScale. Starting May 11, you’ll be able to view licenses, download software updates, manage contacts, join communities, and more!
These new sites are exclusively for customers and partners. Be sure that you have re-registered with us so you’ll continue to have access after May 11. Check your email for registration instructions. You will need your first name, last name, work email, and serial number.
