No errors are seen.
A Time Zone is not set on the archive and appears blank.

Ensure a time zone is set for the archive.
1. Set the User Management to Manage Account Provisioning using console application and Save. This is being done to ensure fields can be modified.

2. Set the Time Zone on the archive as required, which should help show the correct service(s) status on the archive.

3. Enable the Services which are required on the archive.
4. Set the User Management back to its previous setting and Save.
