Error Message
The error below can be seen in the Arctera Insight Archiving Administration console when attempting to change the Storage Expiry setting from Never to Daily.
Failed to save.
Cause
The Default Retention period has not been configured.
Resolution
Please configure the Default Retention period within Retention Management > Retention Policies. Once configured, the Storage Expiry setting can be modified.
