The error below can be seen in the Non-Delivery Report(NDR) which is received when this issue occurs. Remote server returned '550 5.6.0 M2MCVT.StorageError.Exception: ObjectNotFoundException - , We cannot open the property stream due to property not found. PropertyDefinition +AD0- +AFs-0x37010102+AF0- AttachDataBin; storage error in content conversion.'
Cause
Attachment on the email is corrupt and hence it cannot be archived.
Resolution
Whenever this type of NDR(s) is received, verify whether the email and the attachment opens fine at source or if any issues are seen. If they are corrupt and cannot be opened, then such emails cannot be archived in Arctera Unified Platform.
