Error in O365 Sync log:

As domain is not selected for provisioning, account will not be synchronized.  User email address = xxi@xxx.onmicrosoft.com

Cause

The onmicrosoft.com SMTP address is set as the Primary SMTP in Exchange Online.

Resolution

Add the onmicrosoft.com domain to the Alta Archiving tenant.
