Error - Case document indexing is in progress. You may see partial results.

Cause

This issue can occur when the indexing service is stuck or not working properly.

Resolution

Please contact Veritas Technical Support to check the Indexing batch status.

 

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to create a Research Set, it gets stuck at Indexing status and does not complete after a few days. This is unexpected behavior.
