Description
Customers who are using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) with a TOTP option for a User archive account. Follow the steps below to remove the device.
- In the left navigation pane, click Configuration > Account Management.
The application displays all the available accounts.
- In the accounts list, double-click the account for which you need to remove the Authenticator Device.
- To edit the details, at the bottom right of the account details page, click Edit.
- Click Remove next to Authenticator Device to un-register the existing device.
- Click Save to save the changes.

Note: The Built-In admin account is not searchable from the Veritas Alta™ View Compliance and Governance(Admin) portal. Please contact the Veritas Technical Support Team for assistance.
