Description

Customers who are using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) with a TOTP option for a User archive account. Follow the steps below to remove the device.

  1. In the left navigation pane, click Configuration > Account Management.

    The application displays all the available accounts.

  2. In the accounts list, double-click the account for which you need to remove the Authenticator Device.
  3. To edit the details, at the bottom right of the account details page, click Edit.
  4. Click Remove next to Authenticator Device to un-register the existing device.
  5. Click Save to save the changes.

 

Note: The Built-In admin account is not searchable from the Veritas Alta™ View Compliance and Governance(Admin) portal. Please contact the Veritas Technical Support Team for assistance.
