How To Set Up Journaling to VAA:

1. Obtain the journaling address:

   • Contact your Veritas representative or support team to obtain the journaling address. This address will be used to send copies of all emails for journaling.

2. Configure journaling in your email system:

   • Log in to your email system administration console.
   • Locate the journaling settings or options.
   • Enter the journaling address provided by Veritas.
   • Save the changes to apply the journaling configuration.

3. Test the journaling setup:

   • Send a test email from a user account to another account within your organization.
   • Verify that a copy of the email is received at the journaling address.
   • If the test is successful, proceed to the next step. If not, double-check the journaling configuration and ensure that the journaling address is entered correctly.

4. Configure VAA for journaling:

   • Log in to your VAA account or administration console.
   • Navigate to the journaling settings or options.
   • Enter the necessary details, such as the email system type and the journaling address.

5. Verify journaling in VAA:

   • Send another test email from a user account to another account within your organization.
