How To Set Up Journaling:

1. Obtain the journaling address:

   • Contact your Arctera Unified Platform representative or support team to obtain the journaling address. This address will be used to send copies of all emails for journaling.

2. Configure journaling in your email system:

   • Log in to your email system administration console.
   • Locate the journaling settings or options.
   • Enter the journaling address provided by Arctera.
   • Save the changes to apply the journaling configuration.

3. Test the journaling setup:

   • Send a test email from a user account to another account within your organization.
   • Verify that a copy of the email is received at the journaling address.
