The error below can be seen in the Export Wizard of the Veritas Alta eDiscovery(VAD) portal.
Error preparing file...
Cause
Export to Azure private location configuration is incomplete. A Storage Account has not been created yet.
Resolution
Follow the steps below to Create a Storage Account from the Alta Archiving Administration portal, to resolve this issue.
1. Login to Alta Archiving Administration portal.
2. Navigate Policy Management | Archive Options.
3. Click Edit.
4. Click Create new Storage Account from the Export to Azure private storage location section.
5. Once completed, retry the export.
Issue/Introduction
Exports to Azure Private Storage Location are failing.
