Error Message

CloudLink returns the error message below when creating a task. 



Unable to login using specified CloudArchive credentials. 

In the Trace.log, the error below can be seen:

External: [Error, PID 6136, TID 7, SID, No Session, 14:42:41.513] Unable to open LOMA web service session.
External: [Error, PID 6136, TID 7, SID, No Session, 14:42:41.513] The request failed with an empty response.
General: [Info, PID 6136, TID 7, SID, No Session, 14:42:41.591] 
Retrying using proxy settings
Application: [Info, PID 6136, TID 7, SID, No Session, 14:42:41.591] Opening LOMA Dirsync web service session.
External: [Error, PID 6136, TID 7, SID, No Session, 14:42:41.903] Unable to open LOMA web service session.
External: [Error, PID 6136, TID 7, SID, No Session, 14:42:41.903] The request failed with an empty response.

Cause

There's a proxy, web filtering tool or a firewall which is blocking CloudLink from connecting to the backend web service. 

Resolution

Add the URL below to be allowed through Proxy/WebFilteringTool/Firewall based on the DataCenter(DC) where the company's Alta Archiving instance is located in.
