Error Message
When trying to login to Arctera Management Console the following error is shown at the top of the page:
We are sorry, you have exceeded the trial period to access this site. Please contact your administrator for more information.
Cause
When new customers are provisioned in Arctera Unified Platform; the tenant is typically set to a Trial type. This trial period eventually expires and if the company type doesn't get changed to Production after that period of time this error will occur.
Resolution
Create a Support Case in order to have the company type changed to Production.
