Error Message
When trying to login to Veritas Alta View Compliance & Governance portal the following error is shown at the top of the page:
We are sorry, you have exceeded the trial period to access this site. Please contact your administrator for more information.
Cause
When new customers are provisioned in Alta Archiving the tenant is typically set to a Trial type. This trial period eventually expires and if the company type doesn't get changed to Production after that period of time this error will occur.
Resolution
Create a Support Case in order to have the company type changed to Production.
Issue/Introduction
