You cannot change the password yet. It has has not reached the minimum password age. Try again after 23 day(s).

EV.cloud's in-built password policy [default 30 days] will not allow the end user or admin to change passwords frequently for an account.

In this case, the end user does not need to wait for the remaining days which are mentioned in the error above.

End users should contact their EV.cloud Admins.EV.Cloud Admin to perform the below steps to resolve the issue.

1. Login to EV.cloud Admin Portal.

2. Locate policy management and expand it.

3. Click on the Password policy.

4. Change the Minimum Password age to 1 day and save.

Note: Revert the value to 30 days once the end user or administrators are able to reset the password for required accounts.
