Error Message
No error messages are displayed, other than no DL/DDL's showing in the window.
Cause
There may be an Exchange Online sync run that is completed but is stuck in a running status.
Resolution
Contact Support to get this resolved as it will require manual intervention from the Operations Team.
Issue/Introduction
When attempting to select a specific Distribution List (DL) or Dynamic Distribution List (DDL) from the Specify Lists window, none of the DL/DDL's from the environment are listed.
