No errors messages are shown except for the behavior.  

 

Cause

This issue has been observed when a user is simultaneously enabled for FS and EOFS. 

A prerequisite for migrating FS users to EOFS is to first disable not only the FS service in Veritas Alta Archiving (VAA), but also each account that has FS assigned to it within VAA.

Note: Disabling FS accounts in VAA can only be done by Veritas Support.  Please create a support case to disable any FS users prior to migrating to EOFS.

Issue/Introduction

Users enabled for Folder Sync On Premise (FS) initially, but then migrated to Exchange Online Folder Synchronization (EOFS), see duplicate mailbox folder structures in the Active Folders list in Personal Archive. Additionally, the email and folders in the mailboxes don't update properly or accurately reflect what's in the users' current mailbox.
