Error Message
No errors are produced. The archive account creation page keeps spinning.
Cause
Primary domain is not set for the company.
Resolution
Contact Arctera Support to have a primary domain set for the tenant.
Issue/Introduction
Unable to create a new archive using Archives -> New Archive option within the Account Management section of Arctera Management Console
