Error Message

There is no error message displayed in the Personal Archive(PA) portal. After successful SSO authentication from the Identity Provider(IDP), the user is brought to the PA login page and is asked to enter credentials again. 

Cause

Access to the portal(Personal Archive, Alta eDiscovery, Administration etc) is not enabled.

Resolution

The issue can be resolved by enabling access to the respective service which the user requires access.
