This issue is caused if the journal address used to send the journal reports to is set to a format type of Domino in Arctera, however the source of the email is not Domino.
This can occur if an organization reuses an existing journal address.
Contact support to obtain a new journal address with the correct format type.
Items journaled to Arctera are showing the journal envelope P1 item as the body of the message in Arctera eDiscovery and Personal cloud. There is also no recipient in the message.
