Error when attempting to edit the importer:

Failed to prepare importer for edit. Please try again. 

Run now option being greyed out:

Service Unavailable


HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.


Cause

Alta Capture service is unavailable to be contacted.

Resolution

Please raise a support case with Veritas Support, so that the issue can be investigated.

Unable to edit/manage any Alta Capture collector(importer) along with the Run Now option being greyed out.
