Error in getting Account details

Cause

Every archive account in Alta eDiscovery has a domain and a DomainID associated with it. If this DomainID is not set correctly, Alta eDiscovery is unable to fetch the details of the user and hence cannot authenticate it.

Resolution

Please contact Veritas Support, so that this issue can be resolved.
