Cause
In the March 2023 release of Alta Archiving, a design change was made to the archiving workflow. From this point forward all journaled emails are archived, excluding duplicates. Prior to this release, emails for unregistered domains were excluded from archiving.
Resolution
It is now expected behavior for the Customer Weekly Summary emails to show email addresses of unrecognized domains due to the change mentioned above.
