Error:The Mailbox was not found

Cause

This error can occur if the drive space becomes full during a sync run. 

Resolution

Update to Folder Sync to the FolderSync_1.14.0_Hotfix_4 which is available from under Base and upgrade installers. The README.txt contains the installation instructions. 

Then update the HoursToKeepTempFiles from the default of 25 to a value of 1. 

  1. Close the Folder Sync Console. 
  2. Stop the ArchiveTools Folder Sync service. 
  3. Open Notepad as Administrator 
  4. Open the C:\Program Files\ArchiveTools\ArchiveTools Folder Sync\ArchiveAcceleratorSynchService.exe.config (default location) file and modify the following:

Once the setting is updated and the file saved, start the ArchiveTools Folder Sync service. This should allow the temp folders/files to be removed after 1 hour during sync processing. 

Issue/Introduction

On the Folder Sync On Premise server, the temp folder drive may become full due to the number of tmp.EXO* folders created during the sync processing.
