Error:The Mailbox was not found
This error can occur if the drive space becomes full during a sync run.
Update Folder Sync to FolderSync_1.14.0_Hotfix_4 which can be downloaded from the Support portal. The README.txt contains the installation instructions.
Then update the HoursToKeepTempFiles from the default of 25 to a value of 1.

Once the setting is updated and the file saved, start the ArchiveTools Folder Sync service. This should allow the temp folders/files to be removed after 1 hour during sync processing.
On the Folder Sync On Premise server, the temp folder drive may become full due to the number of tmp.EXO* folders created during the sync processing.
