Error Message

No error message is seen. The archives are missing from the VAD portal. 

Cause

This happens when archives are associated with Domains which are no longer part of the customers Alta configuration. 

Resolution

Please contact Veritas Support to resolve this issue. 

Issue/Introduction

Not all archive accounts which show up in Alta Archiving Administration console, show up in Veritas Alta eDiscovery(VAD) portal.
