Error Message
No error message is seen. The reviewer to be removed doesn't show up in the list of reviewers in the Add reviewers window.
Cause
Emails are assigned to the reviewer and therefore the reviewer cannot be removed from the Case.
Resolution
Reassign emails from the reviewer which needs to be removed to another reviewer and then attempt to deselect the reviewer using the Add reviewers window.
