Description

To enable Single Sign-On(SSO) for Veritas Alta Surveillance, Single Sign-On setup for Veritas Alta Personal Archive must already be completed in the Administration portal.

Once SSO has been enabled for Veritas Alta Personal Archive contact Veritas Technical Support to enable SSO for Veritas Alta Surveillance,

Once the Support Team has enabled SSO for Veritas Alta Surveillance, follow the below steps to retrieve the Login URL. 

1. Navigate to Veritas Alta Archiving Administration console. 
2. Navigate to Policy Management > Authentication Management. 
3. Note the Application Login URL (Example: https://personal.us3.archive.veritas.com?CID=4c971863-xxxx-4a65-bb9a-3a94d9100bb2)

4. To determine the URL for Veritas Alta Surveillance SSO login, copy the CID value from the Application Login URL, and add it to the string below. 
URL Format: https://advancedsupervision.{env}.veritas.com/#/?CID= ({env} can be either us1 or us3 depending upon the Datacenter the company's instance resides on)
Example: https://advancedsupervision.us3.veritas.com/#/?CID=4c971863-xxxx-4a65-bb9a-3a94d9100bb2 
5. Then use this URL to login to Veritas Alta Surveillance via SSO.
