Description

To enable Single Sign-On(SSO) for Arctera Surveillance, Single Sign-On setup for Arctera Personal Archive must already be completed in the Administration portal.

Once SSO has been enabled for Arctera Archive contact Arctera Technical Support to enable SSO for Arctera Surveillance,

Once the Support Team has enabled SSO for Arctera Surveillance, follow the below steps to retrieve the Login URL. 

1. Navigate to Arctera Management Console. 
2. Navigate to Policy Management > Authentication Management. 
3. Note the Application Login URL (Example: https://personal.us3.arctera.com?CID=4c971863-xxxx-4a65-bb9a-3a94d9100bb2)

4. To determine the URL for Surveillance SSO login, copy the CID value from the Application Login URL which is in GUID format, and add it to the string below. 
URL Format: https://surveillance.arctera.com/#/?CID=CIDGUID (Can be either us1 or us3 depending upon the Datacenter the company's instance resides on)
Example: https://surveillance.arctera.com/#/?CID=4c971863-xxxx-4a65-bb9a-3a94d9100bb2

5. Then use this URL to login to Arctera Surveillance via SSO.
