The self signed certificate used for Office365 Sync is about to expire and hence the notification has been sent to the administrators. 

Generate a new certificate as per steps from the article Setting up Azure AD registered app for O365 Sync, and Import the same in Azure AD application and the Veritas Alta Archiving Manage console to resolve the issue.
