When there is a requirement to remove one or more recipient(s) from receiving the Customer Weekly report(as shown below) the following steps should be followed.

All the users with an Administrator role assigned to them will receive the Weekly Summary. To prevent a user from getting this notification, change the role of the user from Administrator to either Reviewer or Account.
1. Login to the Arctera Management Console
2. Navigate to Role Management -> Assign Accounts.
3. Look up the archive of the user using the Search bar and click on it.

4. Change the role of the user from Administrator to Reviewer or Account and Save the settings.
