By default CloudLink (CL) synchronizes based on USN from Active Directory There may be times when it's necessary to force a full sync if the UPN or email address are not getting updated properly in the EV.cloud portal. Please follow below steps to perform a full sync.
1. Stop the ArchiveTools CloudLink Server service and close CL.

2. Browse to the CL installation directory and open the ArchiveTools.CloudLink.Server.exe.config file. Reference the example path below:
3. Change the ForceFullSynch add key setting to 1 in the config file and Save.
4. Start the ArchiveTools CloudLink Server service.
5. Open CL and go to Task Manager -> Archive User Browser section.
6. Select the drop down from the Refresh button and select Refresh from Active Directory.

7. Once the refresh is completed and/or a sync with a task has been done, repeat Steps 1-3 to change the ForceFullSynch value back to 0.
NOTE: The ForceFullSynch value should stay at 0 in order to have faster syncs.
