How to create multiple Arctera Unified Platform applications (Personal Archive, eDiscovery and Management Console) in Azure AD for Single Sign-On

1) Create 3 enterprise non-gallery applications:

2) Configure Arctera Personal Archive application by following the standard steps of SSO configuration:- 

  • Configuring Identifier and Reply URL in SAML configuration section (https://auth.xxx.archivecloud.net)
  • Enabling SSO for the customer in Manage -> Authentication Management and fetching it's CID
  • Downloading and uploading Base64 certificate in Manage -> Authentication Management.
  • Enter the IDP URL in Manage and click Validate, and click Activate SSO.
  • Successful activation generates the SSO URL for PA.

 

3) Configure Arctera eDiscovery application using the below steps:

-> Click on the application in enterprise apps.

-> Select Set up single sign on.

-> Select Linked.

-> Enter the sign on URL that was generated for PA, only replacing the word "personal" with "discovery" in the URL. Click save.

4) For Manage, follow the same exact steps mentioned above for DA, this time only replacing personal with manage in the final URL.

5) Having followed all the steps above, user would be able to see and launch PA, VAD and Manage from Office365 -> All Apps
