Error Message
Unable to export because no email messages were found for any custodians.
Cause
There is a limit of 1 million messages on the search service, and because there are more than 1 million messages the service fails to export any items.
Resolution
Narrow down the search terms so that less than 1 million items are returned in the search before exporting.
Issue/Introduction
Export by custodian in Veritas Alta eDiscovery fails with error "Unable to export because no email messages were found for any custodians", however there are more than 1 million messages.
