Error Message
No error message. The Deploy PA Web Folder option is greyed out in My Config -> Account Management -> Archives -> Deploy User(s) section.
Cause
Deploy Web Folder to Office 365 option is not checked under Archive Collectors -> Exchange Online->Provisioning and Configuration->Personal Archive Deployment Options.
Resolution
1. Navigate to the Veritas Alta™ View Compliance & Governance(Manage) console.
2. Navigate to User Management and enable the option Manage account provisioning remotely: Using Microsoft Office 365 if not already enabled.
3. Navigate to Archive Collectors -> Exchange Online->Provisioning and Configuration->Personal Archive Deployment Options and expand the Personal Archive Deployment Options.
4. Check the box for Deploy Web Folder to Office 365 and save the settings from the bottom of the page.
The option to Deploy PA Web Folder should no longer be greyed out.
