Error Message
Internal error. Check with your administrator.
Cause
The archive's PA access is incorrectly enabled when the the PA service is disabled.
Resolution
Make an attempt to disable the PA service using the Management console of the archive in question. If change is not saved please contact Arctera Technical Support for further assistance.
Issue/Introduction
Arctera Management Console doesn't allow any changes to be saved for an archive when its Arctera Personal Archive service is enabled and the Company does not have that service enabled.
