When performing a bulk review in the Arctera Surveillance Review tab by selecting more than the maximum listed messages on a page by using the left/right navigation arrows and selecting additional messages on additional pages, the bulk review action is only applied to the messages listed on the visible Review page. The messages selected on previous Review pages do not have the bulk review action applied.

This behavior is currently by design. Arctera Surveillance Review currently displays up to 100 messages on a page. This limit is not configurable. Bulk review actions are only applied to the visible and selected messages only. Navigating to a different Review page removes the selection focus for any messages selected on previous pages and, therefore, bulk review actions are not applied to messages on non-visible pages.

Select the required messages on a Review page and apply any bulk review actions before navigating to a different Review page.
