Error Message
No error message is received. An email alert is sent out to which reads as below.
Dear Valued Arctera Customer,
Thank you for choosing Arctera Unified Platform to meet your archiving needs.
Alert: This notification is to alert you that your configured user sync for Arctera Unified Platform for CompanyA has not run for 30 days.
Action required: Please take a few minutes to log in to your Arctera Management Console, review your current Cloud Link configuration and make any necessary updates.
Cause
CloudLink Notifications weren't disabled before disabling the CloudLink option.
Resolution
1. Login to Arctera Management Console.
2. Navigate to Configuration -> User Management -> Manage account provisioning remotely and select the Using on-premise CloudLink tool option. Save the configuration.
3. Click on the CloudLink Sync option from the menu pane under Configuration.
4. Under Notification Email, disable the Enable notifications option.
5. Go back to User Management -> Manage account provisioning remotely and remove the option Using on-premise CloudLink tool and save the configuration.
