Cause
This behavior is currently by design. The VAS Review Set is capped to display a maximum of 50000 messages.
Resolution
The Review Set can be further refined to display messages based on filter facets. Some examples of filter facets include Status, Capture method, Date, Search and Author. Using the filters and editing the facets can focus the Review Set messages to display less than the cap so messages may be Reviewed.
Here are some filter facet usage examples:
- Select a specific Department instead of selecting All Departments.
- Select a specific number of items to be displayed under Items instead of displaying All items. Once the listed messages have been Reviewed, then another specified number of messages can be displayed for Review.
- Select a Review Status facet instead of displaying all Review statuses.
- Use the Capture method facet along with the Capture date facet to list messages captured by Random Sampling. Note - Click on the Show More Filters button to see the full list of filter facets.
- Use the Search facet along with the Date facet to list messages captured by Searches.

Issue/Introduction
'Too many items match the filter. The review set is capped at 50000 items.'
Navigating to the last page in the Review Set and clicking on the Next Page icon does not load any more items. When at the last page, the Next Page and Last Page icons may be greyed out.
