A blank screen is displayed when attempting to use the default dashboard link for Arctera Unified Platform.  

Cause

The process does not complete fully using the default dashboard link.

Resolution

Please contact Okta Support to determine the issue with the default dashboard link for Arctera Unified Platform.   

Workaround

A Bookmark App can be created and displayed on the Okta dashboard which will allow for SSO to function properly.  The URL used should include the Customer ID (CID) value that is unique for each customer.  This URL can be found in the Arctera Management Console under Policy Management > Authentication Management > Application Login URL(s) section once SSO has been configured.  

The format for the URL is the following: https://personal.us3.arctera.com/?CID=86753090d-64e6-46fd-b380-82b5a4feacf7

Issue/Introduction

The dashboard link to Arctera Unified Platform does not allow for SSO to authenticate properly.
