A blank screen is displayed when attempting to use the default dashboard link for Arctera Insight.
The process does not complete fully using the default dashboard link.
Please contact Okta Support to determine the issue with the default dashboard link for Arctera Insight.
Workaround
A Bookmark App can be created and displayed on the Okta dashboard which will allow for SSO to function properly. The URL used should include the Customer ID (CID) value that is unique for each customer. This URL can be found in the Arctera Insight Management Console under Policy Management > Authentication Management > Application Login URL(s) section once SSO has been configured.
