There are no items to show in this view.

 

Cause

 

This can occur when UAC is enabled on the Folder Sync server.

 

Resolution

 

Disable UAC on the Folder Sync server follow by a server reboot.

 

Issue/Introduction

When configuring a new installation of Veritas Alta Archiving - Folder Sync, the Task List field is showing as blank.

Note: The Archive Tools container is missing
