Description
Error Message
No error message. Unintended users receive the Customer Weekly Summary report.
Cause
The Built-In Roles have been deselected for the user, however the account Role is still set to Administrator.
Resolution
Change the Account Role to Account using the below steps.
1. Navigate to EV.C Administration Console.
2. Navigate to Role Management - > Assign Accounts and lookup the account which shouldn't receive reports.
3. Change the Role from Administrator to Account and Save the changes.
