User does not have product access.

 

Cause

Mobile Web Access needs to be enabled for the company before enabling it for any user as the company level setting overrides the user level setting.

 

Resolution

Enable Mobile Web Access for the company using the Veritas Alta Archiving Administration Console(Manage Console).

1. Login to the Veritas Alta Archiving Manage Console as an Administrator.
2. Navigate to Policy Management > Archive Options.
3. Click Edit and set Mobile Web Access to Enabled and Save.

The option should now show as below. A user should attempt to login via a mobile browser with an account which has Veritas Alta Personal Archive Mobile access enabled within Account Management.
