User does not have product access.
Arctera Personal Archive Mobile Web Access needs to be enabled for the company before enabling it for any user as the company level setting overrides the user level setting.
Enable Mobile Web Access for the company using the Arctera Management Console
1. Login to the Arctera Management Console as an Administrator.
2. Navigate to Policy Management > Archive Options.
3. Click Edit and set Mobile Web Access to Enabled and Save.
The option should now show as below. A user should attempt to login via a mobile browser with an account which has Arctera Personal Archive Mobile Web access enabled within Account Management.
