Cause
This is by design and these are built in containers, NOT the Organizational units. Therefore Cloudlink doesn’t synchronize these containers.
Resolution
Use other ways of synchronization as per Cloudlink guide.

When you try to select built in container like Users for synchronization, Cloudlink doesn’t show the “Check box” to select.
