Error Message
There are two possible errors that can be generated for the same root cause.
Unable to perform searches at this time. Please try again later.
Your search has not completed, please contact support if you require assistance or refer to your documentation for proper query terms.
Cause
The indexing configuration did not get correctly setup after the initial setup of the EV.c instance. This causes the index range to fail and prevents advanced searches from completing.
Resolution
Please contact technical support for further assistance with this issue.
Issue/Introduction
Searching in a Case under E-Discovery in Veritas Alta eDiscovery results in the error below. The Reviewer running the Search has the appropriate rights in the Case and those rights are not expired. Under Accounts, browsing through messages for individual accounts is successful.
