The indexing configuration did not get correctly setup after the initial setup of the Arctera Unified Platform instance. This causes the index range to fail and prevents advanced searches from completing.
Please contact technical support for further assistance with this issue.
Searching in a Case under E-Discovery in Arctera eDiscovery results in the error below. The Reviewer running the Search has the appropriate rights in the Case and those rights are not expired. Under Accounts, browsing through messages for individual accounts is successful.
