The end user will receive the following: "The selected email(s) was successfully restored to your mailbox." indicating that the message was restored. However, the message never shows up in the end user's mailbox.
The affected messages are generally messages that are from a sender within the company. Messages where the sender is an external user are not affected.
This issue can be caused by a configuration setting in Message Labs called "Email Impersonation Control" or (EIC) which scans for spoofed messages. As messages restored from Arctera Unified Platform are spoofed, (EIC) settings can affect which messages are allowed through and which are not.
