There is no primary email address set for the user account.
Contact Veritas Technical Support to get the primary email address set for the user account.

If you perform a new search and try to select that user account, it doesn't appear in the custodians list. The affected user account will also not appear when it is searched under Investigations > Managed Accounts > Accounts.
However the affected user account does appear in the Veritas Alta™ View Compliance & Governance(Manage) Portal.
