Error checking if mailbox is actionable
The AsProcess## log for the job will show the following:
[(T04) VSLLC:CustomSynch:AsProcess00:JobQueue(13211)] - Error checking if mailbox is actionable.
** Exception Details **
System.InvalidOperationException: Could not find default endpoint element that references contract 'ExchangePSConnector.IExchangePSConnector' in the ServiceModel client configuration section. This might be because no configuration file was found for your application, or because no endpoint element matching this contract could be found in the client element.
This has been seen to be caused by a corrupt installation of Folder Sync.
Validate the EWS and PowerShell endpoint paths are correct per the following article.
Ensure the account used by Folder Sync has the correct permissions and roles assigned.
Check that the installation MSI file does not show that it is Blocked on the General tab when opening Properties on the file. If a Blocked status is shown then choose the option to Unblock.
Perform the following procedure to reinstall FS.
1. Login to the FS server as the service account.
2. Remove FS from Programs. The current configuration will be retained in the database.
3. Install FS and leave the option to Launch Archive Tools Configuration checked.
4. Enter the SQL server name where the ArchiveAccelerator database is located.
5. Choose Yes to use existing database in the Archive Accelerator Configuration Wizard window.
6. Once the installation is complete open the ArchiveToolsFolderSyncConsole and validate the settings under Task List > Folder Sync > Properties > Settings for Server_name tab.
7. Attempt a Run Now on a mailbox from the All Mailboxes section and validate a mailbox scan is started.
